Mares and foals on 14 May 2011

Pasture photo taken by Connie Hoge on 14 May 2011. These mares-Kisses and Meo are both Stakeswinning daughters of Raizel. Meo with the bald face and Major Incident--Kisses on the left with Make Some Noise. Interesting that Meo -who is bald faced-has a colt that has a little white on his face. Kisses who has a small white star on her forehead-has a streak faced filly.

Major Incident with mom Meomeomy on 14 May 11

We finally named meomeomy's 2011 colt -MAJOR INCIDENT. In todays reporting, there no "wrecks"--"bridges out"---"car overturned"--"Man-hunts".
They call all these things INCIDENTS.

SO WE NOW HAVE A "MAJOR INCIDENT" at Granite Falls Thoroughbreds. Photo by Connie Hoge.

Mckinzie-Dean and Baby on 14 May 2011

Saturday afternoon, Nancy, my daughter and Mckinzie, my granddaughter came out to go riding. Mckinzie was riding "X" -her horse and I rode Lil Scooter-my mule up the hill. Baby was running by our side-behind us-in front of us- the whole way. Coming back, Connie Hoge took this pic of us. Baby recognized Connie and Butch and "came running." Later Nancy rode up the hill again with Mckinzie.

GREAT TIME HAD BY ALL
WE WERE REALLY LIVIN'- ALL OF US.
